Queen City Burlesque Expo has transformed from a weekend celebration of the Vaudeville Arts into a production house with multiple shows, big and small, throughout the East & West Kootenays of British Columbia.
In a National Survey held by Imperial Burlesque Canada, we have been three times voted by our peers in the Top 5 for Best Canadian Burlesque Productions. Featured in local, national and international articles, news pieces, and interviews, our goal is always to celebrate and share in the joy of burlesque.
Our 2024 Season had us branching out into collaborative projects with local Draglesque Extraordinaire, LBee, under the name Hard Leather Honey, rocking out to two sold out shows at the 2nd annual Heavy Metal Burlesque show, Pretty / Wreckless, and polishing our show format as we planned for the 6th Season.
Looking ahead, our 2025 Season has us teaming up with more festival partners, more theatres, more collaborations, and workshops with international super stars.
